Bouchard Cleaning & Restoration DKI is looking for a sales representative to work in and around their Westbrook, Maine office. Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads. Duties will include sales route calls, creating a sales plan, documenting prospects, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. 

In order to be successful in this role you must be motivated, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage. 

Responsibilities: 

• Generating leads
• Preparing monthly reports
• Maintain prospect records
• Understand and promote company services 
• Attend Marketing events as needed with marketer
• Follow up with clients

Qualifications:

• Valid Maine Driver License
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• The ability to work independently and with others
• Experience with computers for a variety of tasks
• The ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
